About Rooftest Ltd
Rooftest Ltd is an independent testing and surveying consultancy specialising in the investigation, verification and performance assessment of flat roofing and waterproofing systems.
Established in 2007, we work across the UK delivering objective, evidence-based assessments on some of the most technically demanding and high-profile projects in the country. This includes defence, datacentres, healthcare, infrastructure, commercial, residential and industrial developments.
Our role is simple. We establish how a waterproofing system is performing, identify defects where they exist, and provide clear and defensible findings that allow informed decisions to be made.
Independence First
Rooftest is not a contractor, manufacturer or installer.
We do not sell remedial works, specify proprietary systems or have commercial ties to products or brands.
This independence underpins how we operate. It allows our findings to remain impartial, technically robust and trusted by all parties involved, including clients, insurers, designers and installers.
